Mark Richardson doesn’t take training too seriously, well, for a personal trainer. His crew at Body Language Personal Training were good humoured enough to don some silly socks and snow gear while we captured them all on film.
The results? A four part fit 2 ski program that you can do at home (well you might need the gym for the cardio session…)
